Exclusive Use Membership
SUBSCRIPTION, CLUB FEES AND ALL OTHER FEES
Subscription Fees shall be payable annually before commencement of the use year or three months prior to occupation or when space banking, whichever comes first. The Subscription Fee shall be applied towards the payment of administration fees, affiliation fees, rental, resort services, usage or levies charged for the time module and as more fully described under its definition.
Members who are in default with their Capital and or Subscriptions, or any applicable Club or membership fees will forfeit any free exchange fee for the use year and their rights to occupation will automatically be space banked.
The Trustees may from time to time declare an additional special Club Fee payable and in that event the said special Club Fee shall be payable within Thirty (30) days of notification thereof. The Trustees shall only declare a Special Club Fee to cover unexpected or unforeseen additional costs not budgeted for, or anticipate.

Reservations – What you need to know:
- On the first of January of every successive year, Exclusive Use members in good standing with TVG CLUB will automatically be allocated usage of their Membership category originally purchased. Should a member decide not to make use of their specific time / module at the purchased resort and bank this time, the Club must receive the instructions or request 9 months prior and not less than 90 days to the date of occupation.
- Late payment of Annual subscription fees will result in the week being space banked, Exclusive Use Members are liable to pay an exchange fee if they exchange banked weeks. A week that has been space banked will be valid for the current year plus two (2) years. Please request your calendar for the following year’s usage if you have not received it by the end of October.
- All bookings and requests shall be accepted only if the members’ accounts are in good standing, both to the Club, Developers and the IPO and the relevant exchange fees have been paid.
- All bookings and reservations shall be subject to availability, and must be requested or confirmed in writing by the member. Always provide your VA number when corresponding with the club, remember to write down your reservationists name and avoid corresponding with multiple reservationists at the same time.
- All membership categories except “Exclusive Use memberships” will not have the Right to demand occupation or use of its membership in the same resort and flexi week for two (2) years in a row.
- All membership categories except “Exclusive Use memberships” will not have the Right to demand occupation or use of its membership in a specific resort or destination but have the right to request accommodation or a reservation in a region where the Club has accommodation rights.
- Booking requests should indicate at least three (3) choices of destinations in a particular area, with date and unit size.
- Upon confirmation of the reservation, the member shall be notified of the Accommodation Usage Charge payable in respect of the time module the member will be occupying and will only allowed access to said accommodation upon proof of payment.
- Confirmation is verified by a Booking Confirmation from the Reservation Department. Any other communication in regard to confirmation does not constitute confirmation of booking.
- A printed copy of the Confirmation voucher must be presented at the time of check-in at the Resort by the person whose name appears as the Guest on the Voucher or admission to the resort and enjoyment of the facility will not be permitted.
- A Guest Certificate Fee is payable for a Guest Name Change on the Confirmation Voucher.
- During Platinum and Gold Seasons all bookings must be made for a Full week. Silver season weeks may be broken into mid-week and weekend portions, however exchange fees will then be applicable.
- Members have the opportunity to upgrade the size of their as well as membership category at an additional fee (Upgrade Fees).
- The overcrowding of units will not be permitted and the maximum occupancy as listed on the Confirmation Voucher included children of all ages. Should the maximum occupancy be exceeded, the number of guests exceeding the maximum shall be escorted from the resort. Certain resorts only allow children up to a certain age to sleep on sleeper coaches and it is the Member’s responsibility to review the Confirmation Voucher for these details.
